6. Consent for cookies, pixels & tracking
Essential cookies needed to run the website, remember your cart and keep the site secure are always active. Non-essential trackers — advertising pixels (including Meta) and analytics — remain switched off until you give clear, affirmative consent through our consent banner. You can review, change or withdraw your choices at any time using the "Manage cookie preferences" control [CONFIRM: link/location of consent-management control]. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

- Access a summary of the personal data we process about you and how we process it.
- Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.

8. How long we keep your data
We retain your personal data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (for example, invoices are retained for the period required under Indian tax law). When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. [CONFIRM: specific retention periods, if the client wishes to state them]
9. How we protect your data
We apply reasonable technical and organisational security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify affected users and the Board of a personal-data breach where required.
