2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & description

We sell maternity and postpartum support products, including the KareEx 2-in-1 Postpartum Support Belt. Our products are designed to provide gentle support and comfort. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Product descriptions, colours (Skin and Black), sizing (adjustable waist approximately 30–46 inches) and images are provided to help you choose; minor variations in colour or measurement may occur. If you have a medical condition or concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

4. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• The MRP is inclusive of all applicable taxes. Where a selling price lower than MRP is shown, the discount is displayed transparently.
• The total payable, including any delivery or handling charges and applicable GST, is shown in full at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges revealed only at the payment step.
• We may correct pricing or description errors and, where a genuine error has occurred, cancel an affected order and refund any amount paid (see Section 6).

5. Order placement & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not by itself constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the product (or send a dispatch confirmation). We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, errors in price or description, or an undeliverable address — in which case any amount already paid will be refunded (see our Cancellation Policy).

6. Payments

We accept prepaid payments through our payment partner Razorpay and, where offered, Cash on Delivery (COD) for serviceable pincodes. Payment card, UPI and bank details are handled securely by the payment gateway and are not stored by us. Refunds, where applicable, are processed as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Shipping, returns & cancellation

Your rights to return, replace or obtain a refund, including the hygiene caveat that applies to a body-worn support product, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. How and when you may cancel an order is set out in our Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on aygay.in — including the KareEx name and logo, text, graphics, product images, and page design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content without our prior written permission. 9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our products are provided to give comfort and support and should be used as directed on the product and packaging, or as advised by your healthcare professional. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under applicable consumer-protection law.
